Refund and Exchange Policy

Helping our customers purchase the right size is our top priority, but we understand that some items may not work out. If you're ever stuck deciding which size to purchase, shoot us an email and let us help: support@divafitnesswear.com. 

Please read our return and exchange guidelines as our policies have recently changed. 

Return for Refund

Please return unused garments within FIFTEEN DAYS (15) upon receiving your items. It is important to know that all items must be in PERFECT condition with tags ON in order to receive a refund or exchange. Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and are nonrefundable. (Pro tip: re-use the Diva Fitness Wear mailer bag.) All refunds for unusedunwashed garments will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon arrival of the returned merchandise. You will receive an email from us with the refund confirmation stating the funds have been sent to your bank. When you see the credit on your statement depends on your own credit card company's policy.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@divafitnesswear.com.

Sale items 

Items purchased on sale may only be returned for store credit. No exceptions.

Exchanges 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Diva Fitness Wear for an exchange. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange. To start your exchange, please send us an email at support@divafitnesswear.com and send your item to: 4406 Keys Road Hephzibah Georgia US 30815.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4406 Keys Road Hephzibah Georgia US 30815

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
