ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of submitting it by emailing us at Support@divafitnesswear.com; please provide your order number and contact information. Additionally, we offer free exchanges and returns for unused items after delivery. Refer to our shipping policy below.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal purchased in our shop. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review. A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and tag the money for your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know when this happens. Orders paid for using PayPay E-Check will not be fulfilled or shipped until the E-Check clears our PayPal account which can take up to 7 business days.
All dollar amounts are in US currency. If you are ordering with an international credit card, the charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from the foreign currency to USD. Additionally, your bank may charge you an additional international transaction fee for these orders. For more information, please check with your respective bank.

MY ACCOUNT

In order to simplify and streamline your checkout process, we encourage customers to create an account. After creating an account and logging in, much of the required information necessary to checkout will be pre-filled for you. This provides a fast and easy checkout experience.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Diva Fitness Wear issues discount and promotional codes to our customers and prospective customers for which the duration of the promotion may be stated. Generally our discount or promotional codes will be active for an amount of time between one day and three months. Each order will be limited to one discount or promotional code. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any and all discount and promotional codes without prior notice. Follow us on social media to stay up to date with current promotions.
Items that are placed on clearance are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Diva Fitness Wear has set up the most efficient shipping methods for making sure you receive your order (in the US) within 14 business days (and often much faster). We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we can't control USPS, mother nature, holiday delays, or other unplanned situations. Just know that we've got your back, and we'll do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible. International shipping takes between 14-21 business days to arrive. Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.
If you're trying to estimate when your order will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, although some locations may deliver on Saturdays.
Shipping costs paid for by the customer are nonrefundable. However, we are proud to offer free shipping for all United States orders over $50.
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. We can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.

WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our products require the same love and care you would show any of your favorite clothes. Wash all of our products in cold water, with like colors. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.

SIZING

To give you the best prices available, we source our products from several different manufacturers. Please refer to each product for sizing information. If you have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us, or send us an email at Support@divafitnesswear.com.
